Depending upon the product, the leather can be finished in the usual way as a completed material, or it can be finished after the product has been sewn together.
Product dyed after sewing (after-dyeing)

All-leather product dyed after sewing

Linen product dyed with leather sewn on
When the product is all leather, the dyeing and drying process can shrink the size or bring out the material’s unique texture. It’s also possible to adjust the feel, making it wet, dry, soft, or hard.
Small drum used for after-dyeing

This small stainless steel drum can maintain a steady temperature, and is usually used for dyeing single products, small lots, or cut samples.
Large original drum, gentle on products

All of the metal fixtures inside our company’s drums are made using custom stainless steel. Unlike the cast metal fixtures usually used in the leather industry, our drums do not react with other chemicals, and therefore won’t damage or degrade the precious products inside. The speed of rotation can also be adjusted to create an ideal environment for each product.
Material dyeing / finishing
This method finishes the leather as a completed material. Our company’s craftsmen carry out the following procedures by hand with our own equipment.

We also perform other operations such as milling, to make the material softer.
